The Queen Of Pancrase

Pancrase announced the other day that they are adding some new weight classes and that they are also starting to offer some "Fight of the Night", "KO of the Night", and "Submission of the Night" bonuses.

They also announced that they going to start having more women fights and they are also going to be crowning "Queens of Pancrase" going forward.  This is really good news for all of our Female MMA fighters out there.  It looks like this will be one more place where you will be able to fight going forward.

Catching up with Marloes Coenen

I caught up with Marloes Coenen a little bit early today and had the chance to ask her a few questions about her last fight with Liz Carmouche, and the recent news about Strikeforce being bought by ZUFFA and here is what she had to say.

Interview with Marloes "Rumina" Coenen

For those of you who don't know Marloes Coenen you are in for a treat with this interview.  Marloes has been fighting MMA since 2000. Her current record is 18-4-0. Her last fight was against Sarah Kaufman for the Strikeforce Womens 135 Belt which she won, and now she is currently getting ready to have her first title defense against Liz Carmouche.  Marloes has fought all over the world and for a lot of great organizations.  She has a great personality and is an all around great person.  So without further a due let's get on with the interview.
